Core Competencies
My competencies span a broad range of advanced manufacturing technologies, including metal additive manufacturing, powder metallurgy, and laser/electron beam welding. I have deep expertise in working with materials like copper, titanium, aluminum alloys, and metal matrix composites. Over the years, I’ve developed and optimized processes such as heat treatments, coating, and metal shaping techniques like rolling, extrusion, and wire drawing. I’ve also set up and validated R&D labs and pilot plants, supervised teams, and procured custom equipment, ensuring seamless integration from research to production.
In addition to technical skills, I bring strong leadership abilities and cross-functional competencies, including project management, failure analysis, and providing technical support to product marketing and sales. My hands-on experience working with industry leaders and C-suite executives has enabled me to streamline operations, execute value stream analysis, and guide teams through innovative solutions, all while documenting my work through scientific articles, white papers, and research proposals.
